How do I conduct supervision:

have an interview meeting to identify a good fit for the supervision journey (expectations)

potential associate makes a decision and meet to sign paperwork for the licensing board
-
meet weekly via a combination of face-to-face or telehealth sessions
-
meet individually or in a group (choice of the associate and # of associates under supervision)
-
complete 72 weeks of supervision sessions, 45-to-60-minute sessions (minimum of 18 months)

completed 1500 hours of face-to-face and 1500 hours of indirect client contact (total 3000 hours)

sign supervision completion form and apply for licensure upgrade to LPC
